Rice Water? - 'Pirinčana voda?'

ENGLISH:
Rice is very healthy, not just like a food, but also for your skin too!
Today, I was cooking rice for breakfast, I decided to try to make this toner/lotion. I mean, it is really simple to make, but this is the first time I tried something like this :)
Instead of 'trying' to explain how I made it, I thought it's better to find you video so you can watch it :)
Also, in this video, Michelle is showing how to make a mask too. I didn't try it, but I will soon.

Pirinač je veoma zdrav, ne samo kao hrana, nego i za vašu kožu!
Danas, dok sam kuvala pirinač sebi za doručak, odlučila sam da napravim ovaj losion. Mislim, veoma je jednostavno napraviti, samo je ovo prvi put da pravim nešto ovako :)
Umesto da vam 'pokušam' objasniti postupak pravljenja, pomislila sam da je bolje da nađem video koji možete lepo odgledati :)
Takođe, u ovom video, Mišel pokazuje kako da napravite masku za lice. Nisam probala, ali ću uskoro.

20 reasons to start exercising! / 20 razloga da počnete vežbati!

HI don't know about you girls, but for me exercising is really important.
Here are 20 reasons why you should, go running, or exercise in gym or at home, go swimming, walking and more... :)


1. Summer is coming, and that means that we'll wear shorts, t-shirts, tank tops.... you want to look good in those hot summer days? Right?
2. Exercising speeds up your metabolism, it will reduce body fat and increase lean muscle mass.
3. You will have fun if you exercise with friends, so: FUN + TRAINING = great time and fit body
4. You'll have more strength :) Exercising raises your energy levels!
5. Wanna smile all day long? Well exercising helps you with that!
6. You will feel more confident, trust me ;)
7. With healthy meals and trainings you can lose weight and tone your body, that looks good, right?
8. You know that fast food isn't good for your body, but if you exercise you'll be able to eat every 5th or 6th day whatever you want without judging yourself :)
9. Setting your goals, and reaching it with exercising, will make you continue living healthy.
10. Your immune system will be stronger, which means that trainings are protecting you from certain illnesses like cancer, osteoporosis and diabetes :)
11. If you're going in a gym, or run where other joggers go, or if you join some sport club, you will meet new people, become friends with them and have fun :)
12. Exercising brings glow to your skin. Your hair, skin, nails... will look healthier :)
13. It helps you with studying! Scientists proved that you remember more things and learn better if you exercise :)
14. In 10 years you will look younger than your friends who weren't exercising :)
15. Exercising reduces stress!
16. You will sleep better and have nice dreams :)
17. Your heart health will be improved.
18. Also, training helps with lower blood pressure.
19. Flexibility? Well, yes, exercising improves that too! :)
20. Do you really need 20th reasons? Just do your training, fell amazing and smile!

Pa ne znam za vas, devojke, ali meni je vežbanje veoma važno.
Evo 20 razloga zašto da krenete da trčite, ili da vežbate u teretani ili kod kuće, možda da plivate, šetate i još mnogo toga :)

1. Leto dolazi što znači da su šorcevi, majice na kratke rukave i na bretele obavezni... želite da izgledate dobro tih letnjih vrućih dana? Zar ne?
2. Vežbanje ubrzava metabolizam, smanjuje telesnu masu a povećava mišićnu masu :)
3. Zabavljaćeš se ako vežbaš sa prijateljima: ZABAVA + TRENING = super provedeno vreme i zgodno telo.
4. Imaćeš više snage :) Vežbanje povećava nivo energije :)
5. Želiš da se smeješ celog dana? Pa vežbanje ti može pomoći u tome :)
6. Imaćete više samopouzdanja, verujte mi :)
7. Zajedno sa zdravim obrocima i vežbanjem smršaćete i oblikovati svoje telo, zvuči dobro, zar ne?
8. Znate da brza hrana nije dobra za vaše telo, ali ako vežbate vi ćete moći pojesti svakog petog ili šestog dana bilo šta što želite, ma koliko nezdravo to bilo, a da se ne osuđujete posle :)
9. Postavljanje ciljeva i ostvarenje istih će vas motivisati da nastavite ovakvim životom.
10. Imuni sistem će biti jači, što znači da će vas vaši treninzi zaštititi od raznih bolesti, kao što su rak, osteoporoza, dijabetis i još mnogo drugih bolesti... :)

13. Pomaže vam oko učenja! Naučnici su dokazali da ako vežbamo možemo zapamtiti više stvari, kao i bolje učiti.

15. Vežbanje uništava stres :)
16. Bolje ćete spavati i imaćete lepe snove :)
17. Zdravlje vašeg srca će biti mnogo bolje!
18. Takođe, vežbanje pomaže i snižavanju krvnog pritiska.
19. Fleksibilnost? Pa, da, vežbanje i na to utiče!
20. Da li vam je zaista potreban 20. razlog? Samo odvežbajte svoj trening, osećajte se izvanredno i smejte se :)

Recipe: Healthier American pancakes / Zdravije Američke palačinke

You will need / Trebaće vam:


 - 1 glass of cottage cheese or some other low fat cheese /1 čaša cottage sira ili nekog drugog manje masnog sira, npr. Ella

 - 1 glass of minced oat flakes /1 čaša mlevenih ovsenih pahuljica


 - 3 egg whites + 1 egg /3 belanceta + 1 jaje



 - cinnamon /cimet


 - vanilla /vanila


How to prepare / Kako pripremiti:

Blend all of these ingredients and bake on griddle. 

When you finish baking you can eat it with some strawberries, blueberries, almonds, nuts.....  
It's really delicious and it's better version of American pancakes, it's healthier and, I have to say, REALLY tasty!

Izblendajte sve ove sastojke i pecite na griddle ploči na grilu.
Kada ispečete, gotove palačinke možete jesti sa jagodama, borovnicama, bademima, orasima.....
Fantasticno je! I ovo je bolja verzija od Američkih palačinki, zdravije je i, moram priznati, JAKO ukusno!

Yogurt? For skin and hair? / Yogurt? Za kožu i kosu?

Okay, so today I wanted to share something with you that helped me a lot! All you need is Yogurt and Olive oil (actually, for face you need just Yogurt, but for hair both :) )
Yogurt softens your skin and also helps to remove redness and blemishes. Your skin will be cleaner and hydrated. And you will be amazed how this works!


Note: If you are alergic to dairy products, don't have this treatment!


Face:
Just take your foundation brush and apply Yogurt all over your face with it. After 20-30 minutes rinse off with lukewarm water. And that's it! You're done :) (If you want, apply your daily cream, but I recommend just not to :) Beacuse, skin is already hydrated)


Hair:
For this you'll need Olive oil which strengthens hair and it's like conditioner. It's really amazing how it works! :)
Of course, if you don't have Olive oil and you don't want to buy it, you can use just Yogurt :)
Take a bowl, and put two spoons of Yogurt and one spoon of Olive oil. 2:1 
Mix it and apply on wet hair. After 30-40 minutes rinse off with lukewarm water. After that you can use conditioner or shampoo or another hair mask, but I think this is enough :)
You will feel how your hair is smoother and healthier :)

OK, danas sam htela da podelim nešto sa vama što je meni jako pomoglo! Sve što vam treba je Jogurt i maslinovo ulje (zapravo, za lice vam je potreban samo Jogurt, a za kosu i jedno i drugo :) )
Jogurt omekšava kožu i pomaže u uklanjaju crvenila i nepravilnosti. Koža će vam biti čistija i hidrirana. I bićete oduševljeni ovim!


Upozorenje: Ako ste alergični na mlečne proizvode, nikako ovo korisiti!


Lice:
Uzmite četkicu za podlogu (za šminkanje) i nanesite s njom Jogurt na celo lice. Posle 20-30 minuta sperite sa mlakom vodom. I to je to! Gotovi ste! (ako želite, možete naneti dnevnu kremu, ali vam ja ne preporučujem, zato što je koža već hidrirana)


Kosa:
Za ovo će vam trebati maslinovo ulje koje jača kosu i nalik je balzamu. Stvarno je izvanredno kako deluje! :)
Naravno, ako nemate maslinovu ulje, i ne želite da kupite, možete koristiti samo Jogurt :)
Uzmite činiju i dve kašike jogurta kao i jednu kašiku maslinovog ulja. 2:1
Pomešajte i nanesite na mokru kosu. Posle 30-40 minuta isperite sa mlakom vodom. Posle toga možete naneti balzam ili šampon ili neku drugu masku, ali ja mislim da vam je ovo sasvim dovoljno :)
Osetićete kako je kosa mekša i zdravija :)

Exercising - part of my life / Vežbanje - deo mog života

All the time I hear people saying that they need to lose weight, that they'll go to the gym, exercise... But for some reason they never do it.
I don't know why, or maybe I do? I used to be that person, I used to set alarm for 5 AM to go running, and what did I do? I woke up, eat something not really healthy, wait for an hour, because 'my stomach hurts'. After an hour I said: 'well I don't have time time, I will run tomorrow'. And that is it! Every day I was doing the same...
Back in those days, I ate unhealthy food (chips, fast food, pizza...), also, I had Coke three times a day! Now you can see how I was wrong in everything. But I never gained weight, until those 20-30 days before I realized that I want to change my habits and life. So, in few weeks I gained like 10 kilograms, that was the worst time of my life.
Then, I made my Goal list. First goal was just to exercise three times per week. OK, so I did that in no time. Next thing was to say 'Goodbye' to sweets, that was little harder, but I did it. Now, every 5th day i eat something sweet (in just ONE meal). Then I started going to the gym, some girls were motivating me, trainers helping me... And that's how exercising became habit. Next goal was to take care of my meals. I started, day by day, to eat more proteins and less carbs. Why? Because I heard that that works, and I proved it! I was drinking a lot of water and green tea (no more Coke, and Juices, and those crap drinks that ruined me).
I realized that I was happier (I'm still happy, always laughing, glowing) and the most important: healthier!
Exercise is part of my life! I can't imagine week without exercising (oh, and I also start running, 'cause it's pretty outside), well I can.. I was sick, so I couldn't do my training, and I feel like something is missing. I feel like part of me is gone. But, I have to wait just three more days to get back on track :) Yay!
I still can't watch my friends when they're eating bad food and drinking Coca-Cole, Coke, Pepsi.... I just don't understand why they find happiness in that?! Don't they know how great feeling is after you finish training? How great feeling is when you see results in mirror?
I always wanted to be active in old days, I hope that my wish will come true :)

Stalno čujem ljude kako govore da treba da smršaju, da treba da idu u teretanu, da vežbaju... Ali zbog nekog razloga to nikada ne urade.
Ne znam zašto, ili možda znam? ja sam bila ta osoba, navijala sam sat na 5 sati ujutro da bih išla trčati, i šta sam ja uradila? Ustala sam, jela nešto ne baš zdravo, sačekala sat vremena jer me je 'stomak boleo'. Posle sat vremena sam rekla: 'pa sada nemam vremena, sutra ću trčati'. I to je to! Svaki dan sam radila isto...
Nazad u te dane, jela sam nezdravu hranu (čips, brzu hranu, picu...), takođe sam pila Coke tri puta dnevno! Sada možete videti kako sam u svemu grešila. Ali nikad se nisam ugojila, sve do 20-30 dana pre nego što sam odlučila da želim da promenim moje navike i život. U prvih nekoliko nedelja sam se ugojila 10 kilograma, to su bili najgori dani mog života.
Onda sam napravila moju Listu ciljeva. Prvi cilj je bio da vežbam tri puta nedeljno. U redu, to sam uradila sa kratko vreme. Sledeća stvar je bila da se oprostim od slatkiša, to je bilo malo teže, ali uspela sam. Sada, svaki peti dan pojedem nešto slatko (samo za JEDAN obrok). Onda sam počela ići i u teretanu, neke devojke su me i motivisale, treneri pomagali... I tako je vežbanje postalo navika. Sledeći cilj mi je bio da povedem računa o ishrani. Počela sam, dan za danom, da jedem više proteina a manje ugljenih hidrata. Zašto? Zato što sam čula da to funkcioniše, i dokazala sam! Pila sam puno vode i zelenog čaja (A ne koka kolu, razne sokove i ostale gluposti koje su me uništile). Primetila sam da sam srećnija (i sada sam srećna, uvek nasmejana, blistam) i što je najvažnije: zdravija!
Vežbanje je deo mog života! Ne mogu zamisliti da prođe nedelja a ja da ne vežbam (oh, i počela sam ići na trčanje, vreme se prolepšalo pa je napolju prelepo), zapravo i mogu... Bila sam bolesna, pa nisam mogla odraditi treninge i osećam se kao da nešto nedostaje, osećam kao da je deo mene nestao. Ali, treba da čekam još samo tri dana pa da nastavim sa vežbanjem i normalnom ishranom. :) Jej!
Još uvek ne mogu da gledam moje prijatelje kada jedu brzu kranu i piju Koka-kolu, Koktu, Pepsi... Stvarno ne mogu razumeti zašto pronalaze sreću u tome?! Zar ne znaju kako je izvaredan osećaj posle treninga? Kako je izvanredan osećaj kada vidiš rezultate u ogledalu?
Uvek sam želela da budem aktivna u starim danima, i nadam se da će se moja želja ostvariti :)
